ORDERED AN INCORRECT ITEM?
The easiest and quickest rectification is to order the correct item on our web site and return the incorrect item to us. You may wish to use a “signed for” delivery service – your choice. Enclose your details and the original order details and we will credit on receipt. Please note that we will not credit the original postage. It is expected that the item is returned in the original packaging and can be classified as a sellable item. A deduction from the price of the item may be made if the value of the item is now reduced by not being in a sellable condition.
UNHAPPY WITH AN ITEM?
Under the law you can return an item if you have changed your mind or it is imperfect. You are asked to seek approval to return items so that we know it is on it’s way. Include your details and the original order details and we will credit on receipt including your postage. In the case of items that you have changed your mind about, it is expected that they will be in the original condition and can be termed “sellable”. A deduction from the price due may made if the item is not sellable to a degree or is damaged in transit; you are expected to take reasonable steps to ensure that the item is packed for safe transit.

The Reward Points Program allows you to earn points for certain actions you take on the site. Points are awarded based on making purchases and customer actions such as submitting reviews.

Earning Reward Points
Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:
- Making purchases — every time you make a purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your Reward Points balance.

- Subscribing to a newsletter for the first time.
- Sending Invitations — Earn points by inviting your friends to join the site.
- Converting Invitations to Customer — Earn points for every invitation you send out which leads to your friends registering on the site.
- Converting Invitations to Order — Earn points for every invitation you send out which leads to a sale.
- Review Submission — Earn points for submitting product reviews.
- New Tag Submission — Earn points for adding tags to products.
Reward Points Exchange Rates
The value of reward points is determined by an exchange rate of both currency spent on products to points, and an exchange rate of points earned to currency for spending on future purchases.
Redeeming Reward Points
You can redeem your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.
Reward Points Minimums and Maximums
Reward points may be capped at a minimum value required for redemption. If this option is selected you will not be able to use your reward points until you accrue a minimum number of points, at which point they will become available for redemption.
Reward points may also be capped at the maximum value of points which can be accrued. If this option is selected you will need to redeem your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.
Managing My Reward Points
You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.
Reward Points Expiration
Reward points can be set to expire. Points will expire in the order form which they were first earned.
Note: You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points, as well as point expiration notifications. This option is found in the Reward Points section of the My Account area.
The security of your payment card information is very important to us and forms part of our terms and conditions (see page for more information). We use secure pages to process your personal information and this is apparent when you see a locked padlock device in the address line of your web browser. You should always look for this when shopping online.
We accept payments via Visa credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, and PayPal.
OUR PAYMENT SYSTEM
We use an external third party to process your payment to us – this is Stripe, a commonly used company whose reputation is excellent. When you place an order, you are directed to their site which is secure. They hold your payment information, we do not have access to your data. They also fraud screen your payment which protects us from fraudulent transactions.
The payment card system is regulated by the Payment Card Industry (PCI). Any trader who takes payment information is bound by their regulation and is deemed after a thorough investigation to be “compliant”. This means that we do not have access to your information but it also means that we have to undergo quarterly computer scans of our systems to ensure that we remain PCI compliant. There is a penalty system which can be invoked if we are deemed to not be PCI compliant.
PHONE ORDERS (MAIL ORDER TELEPHONE ORDER – MOTO)
Telephone orders are regulated by the PCI but because of human involvement they are by definition less secure than computer systems. This is why we prefer not to take phone orders. The PCI Compliance means that we have to destroy any payment information that you give us, but we would do this anyway if PCI Compliance did not exist. We can guarantee that we do this, but we still prefer that you shop on our web site which is more secure for you and for us.
